FROTHY, BOUNCY ICED COCONUT MATCHA LATTE

In a TikTok-made-us-do-it turn of events, we tested out the frothy, bouncy iced matcha lattes we’ve been seeing online over the last few weeks - using our favourite Rude Health Coconut Barista and JENKI 100% Ceremonial Grade Matcha and of course the result was utterly delicious!


RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3g JENKI Ceremonial Grade Matcha
  • 40ml hot (not boiling) water
  • 100ml Rude Health Coconut Barista Milk

HOW TO:

1. Sift 3g of JENKI Matcha into a bowl.
2. Add 40ml of hot but not boiling water.
3. Whisk in a W or M formation until frothy.
4. Add 100ml Rude Health Coconut Barista Milk and begin to whisk using a hand-held electric whisk for ultimate froth!
5. Fill a glass with ice and enjoy the bounciest, frothiest, fluffiest matcha you’ll ever try - naturally sweet from the delish coconut milk
