ICED BANANA CARAMEL MATCHA LATTE
We saw someone on TikTok make banana caramel, so we had to make banana caramel - and put it in a matcha latte, of course! Banana and matcha go great together, so it’s no surprise this is our matcha of choice to make at home now.

Here’s how to make it:
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup of granulated white sugar
- 6 tbsp salted butter
- ½ cup of milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- A shot of JENKI Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
- Milk
- Ice
HOW TO:
- Blend 2 ripe bananas with ½ a cup of milk until smooth.
- Add 1 cup of granulated sugar to a pot and stir it on low heat.
- The sugar will start clumping and slowly will start to melt and caramelise. Keep stirring in order to prevent it from burning.
- Once your sugar is completely caramelised, add your butter and slowly melt and stir to combine.
- Add your banana milk to your caramel and cook down until thickened.
- Transfer your banana caramel to a glass container (while it’s still hot so it doesn’t harden).
- Add one tablespoon of your banana caramel to a glass, spreading against the walls of your glass.
- Add ice, milk of choice and top a shot of frothy JENKI Matcha.
- Sip and enjoy banana caramel matcha goodness.
