SAKURA + STRAWBERRY MATCHA SPRITZ

It's well 'n' truly spritz season, and as part of our Matcha Mixology series, we had to create something spritz-y with Everleaf Drinks non-alcoholic aperitifs. Matcha and sakura (cherry blossom) go together so well, so naturally we opted for Everleaf Mountain, with its stunnin' strawberry + rosehip notes. This really is summer in a spritz! 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 50ml Everleaf Drinks' Mountain 
  • 1/2 JENKI Matcha shot (0.5 tsp of JENKI whisked in 15ml warm water)
  • A splash (10ml) of yuzu juice 
  • 150ml tonic water 
  • Fresh strawberries & lemons for garnish 
  • Ice 

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Fill your glass with ice, sliced strawberries & lemons. 
  2. Whisk up your half JENKI shot. 
  3. Add 50ml of Everleaf Mountain, yuzu juice, and tonic water.
  4. Top your spritz off with your matcha shot. 
  5. Top with a few more strawbs!
  6. Enjoy your sakura + strawberry matcha spritz!
