Description

The Bamboo Whisk (Chasen) has been used for centuries to prepare matcha. It's prongs are uniquely designed to help blend the matcha powder, adding air, resulting in a creamy smooth finish. 

All our whisks are handmade in Japan with 100% Bamboo in recyclable packaging.

Instructions

Add one JENKI tsp (2g) of matcha to a cup. Add a splash of water and whisk in zig-zag motions until all lumps are gone. Top with water or  plant based milk of your choice. (Optional: add your choice of sweetener). 

Care: Look after your whisk and it will last. Soak in warm water for at least 30 seconds before each use and rinse down with water after every use and leave to dry head up.

Reliable!

A only way to make your matcha at home is with a whisk like this to get rid of all those lumps. This whisk is lovely and lasted me months of daily matcha making.
