MANGO MATCHA LATTE
We're still going crazy over the matcha and mango combination here at JENKI! We've created a Mango Matcha Latte Recipe that is super tasty and so easy to make! Definitely the drink of the summer.
All you need is a mango, some matcha and milk.
RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe mango
- Milk of choice (we used coconut and it paired amazingly)
- 2.5g matcha powder
- Ice
DIRECTIONS
- Add your mango chunks (see reel on how to do cut them seamlessly) to a blender and blitz until smooth. Add to a glass.
- Prep your matcha - whisk 2.5g of matcha with 40g warm (60-80C) water until foamy and clump-free).
- Add ice and milk to your glass , then top off with your matcha. Happy sipping!
