Nothing hits quite like an apple crumble in Autumn, and of course we had to put a spin on it! It’s warming, comforting, and has a lil matcha kick! Makes two individual apple crumbles.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 apple, chopped into small cubes
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tsp JENKI Matcha
- Vanilla ice cream
HOW TO:
- Preheat your oven to 180C.
- Core and chop your apple into small cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix your apple, one tablespoon of sugar, and your cinnamon.
- Divide your apple mix between two small ramekins.
- Add the rest of your sugar and flour to a bowl, sift in your matcha.
- Melt your butter and add to the dry ingredients, mix until a crumble forms.
- Top your apples with the crumble mix.
- Bake for 30 minutes until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool slightly and top with a scoop of ice cream.
- Enjoy!
